In every plan

The smallest plan. Everything for assessment and drying.

Your technician holds the same in the smallest plan as in the largest. The plan only decides how many projects you run through it. No feature waits for a pricier package. Add the Commerce module only if you need it.

Module

The commercial side comes on top. When you need it.

Quotes. Orders. Invoices. Dunning. Receipts for your tax accountant. It is a module of its own, with one price per account. Users and projects do not change it. If you already have an invoicing system, simply leave the module out.

Commerce module

Quotes, cost estimates, orders and variation orders. Invoices in the EN 16931 electronic format, interim and final invoices, cancellations and credit notes. Payments, early-payment discount and four reminder levels. Receipts, tax figures, accounting export and DATEV posting batch.

Why do we pay per project rather than per user or device?
Because the project is the unit you bill yourself. A project earns you revenue; another technician or another dryer only costs you money to begin with. So users and the equipment fleet are unlimited in every plan. Office, site management, technicians and temporary staff cost nothing extra, and there is a shared login for the tablet on site. You record every dryer, every fan, every dehumidifier and every accessory without the price changing, because a fleet register is only worth anything when it is complete.
What counts as a project?
Every project you activate out of draft or create directly as active. Drafts do not count, and a deleted or never-activated project does not count. A project counts exactly once, whatever its duration, however many devices stand in it and however many forms, floor plans, reports or invoices hang off it. A variation order or a reactivation within the same project does not count again.
What happens if we go over the allowance?
Up to ten percent over the allowance, nothing happens. Beyond that we get in touch, and the next plan applies from the following month. Nothing is charged retroactively and no project is blocked. If you prepay yearly, you pay the difference to the next plan for the remaining months of the contract year. The allowance applies to the whole contract year, so a cold snap with 40 burst pipes in January evens out over the quieter months.
Can we try Krahasso first?
Yes. Within 30 days of go-live you can terminate without giving reasons and get everything you have paid back in full. The Commerce module can additionally be enabled for a limited trial; access then ends, and there is no automatic transition into a chargeable booking.
How long does the contract run, and how are we invoiced?
The minimum term is 12 months, whether you pay monthly or yearly. After that it renews for further 12-month periods unless you terminate with three months' notice. We remind you by email monthly from four months before expiry. Prices do not change within a running period. All prices are net, plus statutory VAT, currently 19 %. Every invoice reaches you as an e-invoice under EN 16931.
What happens to our data from the current system?
Fleet, models, accessories, team and price lists come across by CSV import. We do that together with you and set up the first project at the same time, in every plan and with no setup fee. Getting back out works the same way: on request we hand over your complete data set in a machine-readable form, photos, receipts and plan documents included.
