Every payment on its invoice. Every open euro in view.
A payment sits on the invoice it settles. The outstanding amount sits right on the document. If an invoice is left unpaid, you send a reminder or a dunning letter, with fee and default interest. So you see at a glance who still owes you money.
- Record part payments on the invoice, and the balance follows
- Early-payment discount with its deadline and rate, on the document and in the e-invoice
- A payment reminder and three dunning levels, triggered by you
30-day money-back guarantee. No credit card.

The money comes in. Or the reminder goes out.
Payment. Part payment. Discount. Each sits on the invoice it belongs to. When an invoice goes overdue, Krahasso prepares the reminder. If you want, it covers several open invoices for the same client. You decide when it goes out, even to a long-standing customer.
Record the payment. The balance follows.
Record a payment and the outstanding amount recalculates. Every invoice shows its own position: open, part paid, paid or overdue. Payments go in with the date the money arrived, backdated if need be. Nobody books more than the open balance by mistake.
The insurer pays in stages. The balance stays clear.
Record each part payment on its own, and the remaining balance follows. Set the early-payment discount on the invoice, with its deadline and rate. It appears on the document and travels in the e-invoice as a machine-readable term. Your client sees on the document what paying early is worth.
A reminder first, with no fee. Then three dunning levels.
The first step is a payment reminder with no fee, and three dunning levels follow it. The dunning fee comes from your own default. Krahasso works out default interest per invoice, to the day, on the amount still open. It runs from the day after the invoice fell due. The proposed rate is the statutory one: the base rate you maintain plus nine points against a business. Against a private customer it is plus five. If your fee goes beyond what is customary, Krahasso says so. Chase on time, and you get paid on time.
