Which modules are there and what is included?
Drying and Project Planning are included in every base tariff. Commerce is booked on top. A module can be enabled for a limited trial period on request.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes, for iOS and Android. Built for field use: offline-first, large touch targets, voice input and one shared login for your drying technicians. Projects and allocations are deleted in the web app; everything else can be deleted in the app too.
Does it really work offline?
Yes. The app is offline-first by design. Allocating and returning equipment, recording drying visits, completing forms, and drawing and laser-measuring the floor plan all work with no signal, photos included. Everything queues locally and syncs automatically on reconnect. A signature is captured and queued offline too; the document being signed is fetched while you still have a connection.
What does the 3D view do?
You see your drawn floor plan in 3D: walls at their thickness, doors, windows and fixtures. Every storey stacks into the whole building, and you can hide individual floors when you only want to look at one. It works in the app just as it does on the web, to turn, zoom and check before you write the quote.
Which laser measuring devices does Krahasso work with?
The Bluetooth models in the Bosch GLM range and the Leica DISTO. You pair the device once, and from then on every measurement lands straight in the wall you are drawing. DeWalt is next. It works without a laser just as well: you can type a measurement in by hand at any time.
Can Krahasso scan rooms by LiDAR?
Yes, on iPhone Pro and iPad Pro models with a LiDAR sensor, on iOS 17 or later. That is iPhone 12 Pro and newer, and iPad Pro from 2020 on. You walk through the room with the device, Krahasso recognises walls, doors, windows and furniture and puts the room into the plan straightened. You then check individual walls with the laser. Other iPhones and iPads, and Android devices, have no LiDAR sensor; there you draw and laser-measure the plan as usual.
Can I use the Commerce module on its own?
Yes. If you only need the commercial side, so quotes, orders, invoices and receipts, you can have Krahasso that way too. Billing is then per user rather than per project. Just ask us about it.
Is e-invoicing included?
Yes, in the Commerce module. Every invoice is issued in the structured format to EN 16931, either as XRechnung (XML) or as a hybrid ZUGFeRD document (PDF/A-3 with embedded XML). Before dispatch Krahasso checks the mandatory details and reports what is missing.
Does my tax accountant get the data?
Yes, with the Commerce module. Compile a month, a quarter or a year into one export file with every receipt and invoice in it, or output the period as a DATEV posting batch. There is no transmission to ELSTER, and Krahasso does not provide tax advice.
Does Krahasso match incoming payments automatically?
No. There is no bank connection. You enter payments and part payments yourself, early-payment discount sits on the document, and you trigger each of the four reminder levels. Nobody but you decides when a reminder goes out to a long-standing customer.
Can we import our existing equipment list?
Yes. CSV import for inventory, models, accessories, team members and price lists. We help with the one-time migration from your spreadsheets or your current system.
