Krahasso — User Account & Data Deletion
Krahasso is a B2B app. User accounts are created and managed by your employer — individuals can't self-register. Access requires a work email provisioned by an administrator.
How to request deletion
You can request deletion of your user account directly from the Krahasso app:
- Open Krahasso and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Request account deletion and confirm.
If you no longer have access to the app, ask your employer's Krahasso administrator to remove your user account, or email [email protected] from your work email with subject "Delete my user account."
What we delete
Your user profile, name, work email, photos, signatures, voice messages, location data, and push-notification tokens.
What we retain
Project, equipment, allocation, and audit records belong to your employer's account, not to you individually, and are retained as long as your employer requires them.
Records we are legally required to keep (invoices, audit logs) are retained per applicable law.
Backups are purged within 90 days.
